Overview
The Super Light, code 00E9001SL, is the smallest automatic welder NUPI makes. The body measures 210 x 115 x 200 mm and weighs 6.5 kg, light enough to take into a sump or trench without a trolley. Its maximum absorbed power of 500 VA is the lowest of any NUPI electrofusion unit in the flyer.
Despite the size it is a full barcode welder. It reads the fitting barcode to ISO 13950, also accepts manual time and voltage entry, and corrects for ambient temperature with its own sensor. NUPI's accessory table lists traceability and USB data download for the Super Light, but not the pressure test function found on the larger multifunction units. It conforms to UNI 10566 (multifunction type), carries ISO 12176-2 designation P2 4US1VAKDX and has IP 54 protection.
The welding range is stated as 20 to 90 mm in NUPI's technical flyer, which covers the 32, 40, 50, 63 and 90 mm SMARTFLEX sizes used for most forecourt lines. It ships with a barcode scanner, 4.7 mm pin adapters, a shipping box, a paper quick guide and a user handbook.
