Franklin Fueling Systems

Wire Management & Corrosion Control

Sealed cable routes and active protection against tank corrosion

The EN CableTight™ Wire Management System contains electrical, sensor and data cables from end to end, using the same electrofusion approach as UPP® pipe. Flexible conduit, direct bury and rigid conduit versions suit local wiring rules.

What this range covers

EN CableTight™ system, Franklin Fueling Systems

EN CableTight™ system

End-to-end containment for electrical, sensor and data wiring, with bores of 25 mm (32 mm conduit), 65 mm (75 mm conduit) and 106 mm (110 mm ducting) and a W900 x D800 x H862 transition chamber.

32 mm flexible conduit system, Franklin Fueling Systems

32 mm flexible conduit system

Groups cables into single containment entry points in markets that allow flexible conduit, using compression grommets sized to each cable.

75 mm flexible conduit system, Franklin Fueling Systems

75 mm flexible conduit system

Larger conduit for consolidating groups of cables, with multi-cable entry seals for wires of 5 to 17 mm diameter.

Direct bury system, Franklin Fueling Systems

Direct bury system

Liquid-tight entries for cables of 5 to 16 mm buried directly in the ground, such as grounding wires and armoured power cables.

Rigid conduit system, Franklin Fueling Systems

Rigid conduit system

Entry seals for one to three ¾" rigid conduits where local rules require steel conduit but still demand a liquid-tight containment entry.

Corrosion Control™ System, Franklin Fueling Systems

Corrosion Control™ System

Integrated system that monitors for and removes water and moisture, the main causes of corrosion, from diesel tanks and gasoline sumps.

Water separator, Franklin Fueling Systems

Water separator

Stainless steel, element-free unit driven by a 4" FE PETRO® pump that draws water and acid off the tank bottom and returns clean fuel, for tanks up to 10' in diameter.

Corrosion detection sensor, Franklin Fueling Systems

Corrosion detection sensor

Alerts the EVO™ console when the tank ullage space becomes corrosive, for all blends of gasoline, diesel and ethanol.

Desiccant pack and sensor, Franklin Fueling Systems

Desiccant pack and sensor

Packs that absorb sump humidity for a typical 4 to 6 months in a 75-100 cubic foot sump, and a sensor that weighs them to report remaining life on the EVO™.

Advanced Protection pumps, Franklin Fueling Systems

Advanced Protection pumps

Factory option on STPAG and IST pumps with coated castings and stainless steel fasteners, riser, column pipe and coupler to resist accelerated corrosion.
