Franklin's EVO™ Series automatic tank gauges track fuel inventory in real time, run tank and line compliance tests, and watch sumps and interstitial spaces for leaks. Consoles range from the all-in-one EVO™ ONE kit to the modular EVO™ 600 and EVO™ 6000 for large, multi-tank sites.

What this range covers

EVO™ ONE

All-in-one bundle that combines the EVO™ console with sensors and installation hardware, with kit options for sites of up to 2 or 3 tanks and 8 dispensers. Probes are ordered separately to complete the system.

EVO™ 400

Tank gauge for small to mid-size sites that covers inventory, compliance monitoring and leak detection with remote access. The enhanced EVO401 base model handles up to 14 channels.

EVO™ 600 & EVO™ 6000

Module-based consoles configured to each site's probes and sensors. The EVO™ 600 takes 6 modules (up to 4 intrinsically safe) and the EVO™ 6000 takes 11 (up to 9 intrinsically safe).

EVO™ Series accessories

Interface modules, dispenser interface module cables, the network expansion box and printer paper for EVO™ consoles. Modules ordered with a console are fitted at the factory, or can be ordered as spares.

Secondary containment monitoring

Uses the siphon/vacuum port of the submersible pump to hold vacuum on double-wall pipework, tanks and sumps. The ATG alarms if vacuum cannot be held or liquid enters an interstitial space, with up to four spaces per pump.

EVO™ LLD stand-alone line leak detection

Pressure-based electronic line leak detector supplied in 2, 3 and 4-line kits. AUTO-LEARN® sets up each line, and the system runs 3.0 gph, 0.2 gph monthly and 0.1 gph annual tests with automatic pump shutdown on a leak.

EVO™ Electronic Line Leak Detection (ELLD)

Optional EVO™ 600/6000 software feature that uses pressure transducers in the pump manifold to watch pressurised lines, declare a leak from learned line behaviour and shut down the pump.

TS-LLD line leak detector

Stand-alone, flow-based leak detector for a single line that fits existing submersible pump housings in place of a mechanical leak detector. It runs the 3.0 gph, 0.2 gph and 0.1 gph tests with positive shutdown on a leak.

FFS PRO® Connect

Secure web browser interface that connects directly to an EVO™ console from a PC, tablet or phone with no app to install, for inventory, compliance data, alarms, reports and remote setup.

External alarms

TS-RA1 remote audible and visible alarm and TS-RA2 high intensity alarm, both usable as overfill alarms, plus the TS-RK remote alarm acknowledge unit for Franklin tank gauges.
