Fill point equipment that keeps deliveries clean and tanks from overfilling
Franklin's fill point range covers the whole delivery path: Defender Series®, EBW® and PHIL-TITE™ spill containers and multiport manways, fuel identification markers, and fill and vapour adapters and caps.
Below the riser, the Defender Series® overfill prevention valve shuts off gravity deliveries before a tank overfills, and drop tubes allow submerged filling. Apex supplies and installs complete fill point systems.

What this range covers
Defender Series® spill containers and multiport manways
Franklin's Defender Series® spill containers, bundles and multiport manways for tank fill points. Full model details are in the Defender Series® Complete Guide.
EBW® spill containers
Economical spill containers in 5 and 15 gallon capacities. Below-grade models have a hinged, locking watertight cover under an 18" cast iron manway; grade-level models have a cast iron deflector ring.
PHIL-TITE™ multiport manways
Watertight manways in 36" and 42" openings with spill containers 16" on centre, drain valves, a cam-lock cover and an 18" fiberglass skirt. Replacement 5 gallon containers are available.
Fuel identification
Interchangeable markers with an aluminium or cast iron body and brass plate that show tank contents at a glance and help prevent wrong-product deliveries.
Fill and vapour adapters and caps
Swivel adapters that rotate with the delivery elbow on two rows of ball bearings and add about 4" to riser height, top seal fill caps and coaxial vapour recovery adapters.
Defender Series® overfill prevention valve
Stops overfill during gravity deliveries using a magnetically coupled actuator with no body penetrations, and can be tested from grade. ATEX, EN13616 and KIWA BRL-K636/03 certified.
Drop tubes
Drop tubes for submerged filling in 2", 3" and 4" diameters and 10', 12' and 15' lengths, cut to length on site, plus remote fill splice kits for Defender Series® valves.
Sealing dip caps and tank bottom protectors
3" sealing dip caps with a self-closing valve that prevents overflow through dipstick risers, and tank bottom protectors that shield the tank floor from gauge sticks.
