Swivels
Swivels that let the nozzle move without twisting the hose.
Husky swivels sit between the hose and the nozzle, or between the hose and the dispenser, and let the nozzle turn freely so the hose does not kink or twist. The multi-plane types give full 360° spherical rotation, with double o-ring seals at each joint for long life at low temperatures (-40 °F/C), high-strength step shoulder bearing diameters with impact absorbing stops, and a laminar flow design for high flow rates.
The range covers standard ¾" fuelling, inline single-plane swivels, high volume models for nozzles up to 100 gpm/378 Lpm, vapour recovery swivels for vacuum assist systems, ultra high flow delivery swivels up to 1½", stainless steel DEF swivels and an E85 swivel. - DEF swivels in stainless steel and anodised aluminium with fluorocarbon seals, in BSPP, NPT and M34 threads
- Ultra high flow single-plane swivels in 1¼" and 1½" for the long, heavy hoses on bulk delivery systems
- NPT, BSPT and BSPP threads; ATEX versions (II 1 G, EN 13617-4) carry an A suffix
How it works
How a Husky multi-plane swivel keeps the hose from fighting the driver.
A swivel between hose and nozzle lets the nozzle turn and tilt without twisting the hose. Cut open, it is a spherical joint on ball bearings with double seals.

A joint that turns in every plane
All-weather multi-plane swivels give full 360° spherical rotation, so the nozzle follows the hand into the fill pipe. Restricted versions give 210° spherical rotation at the swivel nut, and single-plane inline swivels turn on one axis.

What this range covers
Standard swivels
¾" and 1" multi-plane and 90° swivels in high aluminium zinc alloy, with NPT, BSPT or BSPP threads. Model 000350 is the ¾" M x ¾" F multi-plane standard.
Inline swivels
Single-plane aluminium swivels in ¾" and 1" NPT, BSPT and BSPP, for a straight run from hose to nozzle.
F&C standard swivels
The ¾" multi-plane and 90° swivels as specified for farm and commercial fuelling, adding the 000350R version for retail.
F&C high volume swivels
1" multi-plane, high flow, 70° pump and restricted swivels for farm and commercial high volume nozzles up to 100 gpm/378 Lpm.
Vapour recovery swivels
Multi-plane swivels for vacuum assist vapour recovery systems, M34 x 1.5 or 1¼" x 18 thread, EVR certified per CARB CP-201.
High volume swivels
1" multi-plane swivels for truck and high volume fuelling: standard, high flow (004860 and 006949), 70° pump and 90° types.
Ultra high flow swivels
Single-plane 1¼" and 1½" aluminium swivels that make the long, heavy hoses on bulk delivery systems easier to handle, in NPT and BSPP.
DEF swivels
Inline DEF swivels in stainless steel and anodised aluminium: 1" BSPP, M34 and ¾" hose barb versions, including roller bearing types.
E85 swivel
Model 6350 ¾" multi-plane swivel with an electroless nickel plated aluminium body, compatible with all ethanol blends through E100.
