EagleFlex® hoses
Curb pump hoses built for the forecourt and tested one by one.
EagleFlex® is Husky's dispenser hose range. The premium hardwall hose has a black nitrile tube, multiple textile braids with a dual static wire helix and a CPE cover that resists cuts, abrasion, sun and weather; the softwall hose is the lighter, more flexible alternative. Both are recommended for gasoline and gasohol blends (E15 maximum), diesel and biodiesel blends up to B20, kerosene and heating oil, and the hose material is UL listed to UL 330 and CAN/ULC-S612-99.
Low permeation hardwall versions meet the less than 10 g/m²/day requirement, 9" whip hoses protect the dispenser side, EPDM DEF hoses run without static wire, farm tank hoses serve barrel and farm pumps where UL approval is not required, a red fuel oil hose covers bulk delivery in 1" to 1½", and a wirebraid E0-E85 hose handles all ethanol blends. Every curb pump assembly is 100% pressure tested, inspected for electrical continuity and sample pull tested. Apex supplies, installs and services EagleFlex® hoses in Lebanon.

- 5/8", ¾" and 1" sizes at 150 psi/1.03 MPa maximum working pressure, in assemblies from 9" whips to 60 ft
- Permanent internally expanded chrome plated brass or external crimp zinc couplings; reattachable fixed and swivel ¾" and 1" male NPT
- DEF hoses: peroxide-cured EPDM tube and cover, no static wire, -40 °F to +212 °F (-40 °C to +100 °C), with polypropylene, aluminium or stainless steel couplings
- Farm tank hoses with static wire for electric pumps, for agricultural, industrial and construction sites, not for service stations or aircraft
- Fuel oil hose in 1", 1¼" and 1½" at 250 psi/1.72 MPa, red NBR/PVC cover, 100% hydrostatically tested
- E0-E85 hose with one wirebraid and a full diameter grounding sheath, UL listed to UL 330A, resistant to crushing and run-over

A finished, tested assembly
EagleFlex® hoses come as finished assemblies with fittings crimped on, in 5/8, 3/4 and 1 in bores and lengths from 8 to 17 ft for curb hoses, up to 50 or 60 ft for softwall. Every curb hose assembly is 100% pressure tested, inspected for electrical continuity and sample pull tested.

EagleFlex® hardwall
Premium hardwall gasoline pump hose in 5/8", ¾" (black or green) and 1", from 1 ft to 20 ft assemblies, with dual static wire helix.
EagleFlex® softwall
Lightweight, flexible softwall hose in ¾" and 1", from 9 ft to 60 ft, with a smooth cover for when a hardwall hose is inappropriate.
EagleFlex® farm tank
¾" and 1" NBR hose assemblies with static wire and spiral polyester reinforcement for farm and barrel pumps, 10 ft to 25 ft.
Whip hoses
9" hardwall whip hose assemblies in 5/8", ¾" and 1", including green and swivel versions, between the dispenser and the Safe-T-Break®.
DEF dispensing hoses
¾" EPDM DEF hose assemblies without static wire, 10 ft to 20 ft, with polypropylene, aluminium NPT or BSPP and 1" female BSPP fittings.
EagleFlex® low perm hardwall
Low permeation hardwall hose (less than 10 g/m²/day) in 5/8", ¾" and 1", for gasohol up to E10 and biodiesel up to B5.
Whip low perm hoses
9" low permeation hardwall whip hoses in 5/8", ¾" and 1", fixed or swivel.
Fuel oil hose
Red 1", 1¼" and 1½" NBR fuel oil hose for home fuel oils, gasoline, diesel and tractor fuel, as 100 ft to 150 ft bulk hose or assemblies, 250 psi/1.72 MPa.
EagleFlex® E0-E85
¾" wirebraid curb pump hose for ethanol blends from E0 to E85, 4 ft to 50 ft assemblies plus 8" and 9" whips, UL listed to UL 330A.
