Guards and spouts that keep Husky nozzles in service.
Husky guards protect the nozzle and the dispenser: full grip nozzle guards and reguards, waffle splash guards, mate guards and handle covers for each nozzle family, and Safe-T-Break® scuff guards that protect the dispenser from the break and whip hose and protect the break against corrosion. Guards come in 11 standard colours by model suffix, with custom colours and printed logos on request, and POPD® point-of-purchase display guards carry an advertisement under a UV-stabilised clear cover.
Spout assemblies are the field-replaceable spouts for every Husky nozzle: unleaded and light duty diesel spouts for X, XS®, 1A and 1GS nozzles with a stainless steel spout bushing and Streamshaper®, high volume spouts for VIII, VIIIS, 1HS and 1690/1691 nozzles, DEF spouts with Flo-Stop® or the magnetic Accufuel® safety feature, vapour recovery spout kits for V3 and V34 nozzles, and an E85 spout. - POPD® guards hold an advertisement under a clear UV-stabilised cover, built into the nozzle guard, in square and horseshoe styles
- Streamshaper® spouts reduce turbulence for straighter fuel flow and less splash-back spillage
- Stainless steel spout bushing keeps the spout tip round; VIII and VIIIS spouts use an aluminium bushing with a flow stop device
- DEF spout assemblies with Flo-Stop®, spout ring or the magnetic Accufuel® safety feature that prevents misfilling DEF into a diesel tank
- V34 vapour recovery spout kits with vapour splash guard (VSG) and clamp, plus V34i and coaxial versions
- Spout lengths: unleaded 7.11"/180.6 mm, light duty diesel 7.40"/188.0 mm, high flow 7.63"/193.8 mm, DEF 6.40"/162.6 mm

Full grip scuff guards
A smooth full grip guard protects the nozzle body and the dispenser. Guards are ordered with a colour suffix for grade identification, custom colours are available, and the Safety/Warning logo is printed on every nozzle guard. Reguards with a zip tie refit a worn nozzle.

High flow and high volume spout assemblies for VIII, VIIIS, 1690 and 1691 nozzles, with or without spout bushing, including long spouts.
V3 & V34 spouts
Vacuum assist vapour recovery spout kits for V3 and V34 nozzles, with vapour splash guard, single use clamp and coaxial versions.
E85 spouts
006207 nickel plated aluminium spout assembly with Streamshaper® and stainless steel bushing for X and XS® E85 nozzles.
