Complete hanging hardware, pre-assembled and tested.
EZ-Connect® is Husky's certified, pre-assembled hanging hardware: whip hose, Safe-T-Break®, curb hose, multi-plane swivel, nozzle and a balance-to-conventional adaptor arrive as one package, assembled from UL/cUL certified components with Gasoila® thread sealant on every connection and 100% continuity and pressure tested. Kits come in 5/8", ¾" and 1" with hardwall or softwall hose, a choice of single-use, reconnectable or MAGBREAK® break and the nozzle configuration you specify, including DEF kits.
The accessories around it keep a forecourt running: Flo-Equalizers® that cap flow at 10 gpm/37.9 Lpm, the HCA adaptor that converts a vapour recovery dispenser manifold to conventional hoses, stainless steel and polymer DEF adaptors, filter and Safe-T-Break® drain cups, the mobile fill neck device for testing nozzles in the field and the nozzle service kits. - HCA hose conversion adaptor: one-piece machined aluminium fittings with fluorocarbon o-rings, converting a vapour recovery manifold (1¼"-18 UNEF, M34 x 1.5 or 1⅞"-12 UN) to ¾" NPT
- DEF adaptors in stainless steel (UL recognised components, certified for DEF) and polymer, in BSPP, NPT, M34 and hose barb forms
- Filter cups and the Safe-T-Break® drain cup in pliable, non-slip plastisol collect fuel safely during service; the drain cup relieves pressure to make reconnection easier
- Mobile fill neck device 014381 simulates a real fill neck for assessing nozzle performance, folds for transport, in anodised aluminium, stainless steel and brass
- Nozzle service kits with nozzle service device, drain cup, filter cup, pliers, shear valve wrench and steel service pail
How it works
How EZ-Connect® delivers the whole hanging hardware in one tested package.
Six interchangeable components, pre-assembled, pressure and continuity tested: adaptor, whip hose, Safe-T-Break®, curb hose, swivel and nozzle. Follow the fuel from the dispenser outlet to the nozzle.

An adaptor at the dispenser outlet
The kit starts with the choice of hose/dispenser adaptor: balanced, vac-assist or heavy. The HCA Hose Conversion Adaptor, a one-piece machined aluminium fitting with fluorocarbon o-rings, converts a vapour recovery dispenser manifold to accept a conventional hose.

Flo-Equalizer®
Pressure compensating flow limiters that cap delivery at 10 gpm/37.9 Lpm: 004490 in-line, 005827 and 005837 for dispenser outlets, 007490 inside the nozzle inlet.
HCA hose conversion adaptor
One-piece machined aluminium adaptors with fluorocarbon o-rings that let a vapour recovery dispenser manifold accept conventional hose configurations.
Mobile fill neck device
Model 014381 folding test rig with the leading fill neck and a ball valve for drainage, for diagnosing damaged or worn nozzles in the field.
Filter & drain cups
Plastisol filter cups from 3.85" to 7.5" high and the 007000 Safe-T-Break® drain cup, for clean filter and breakaway service.
Nozzle service kit
Basic, standard and deluxe kits with nozzle service device, drain cup, filter cup, pliers, shear valve wrench and service pail, for conventional, balance or vacuum assist systems.
DEF adaptors
Stainless steel and polymer adaptors between BSPP, NPT, M34 and ¾" hose barb for DEF hanging hardware, with ¾" and 1" seal kits.
