COAX vapour recovery hoses & accessories
Hose assemblies and fittings for Stage II dispensers.
On a Stage II dispenser, fuel and vapour travel in one coaxial hose. The Elaflex COAX 21/8 assembly combines an outer Slimline SL 21 fuel hose (DN 21, 16 bar) with an inner DN 8 polyurethane vapour hose, factory fitted with non-reattachable safety couplings and an anti-kinking sleeve on the nozzle side.
Accessories complete the vapour path: the ZAF splitter connects the COAX hose to the dispenser's separate fuel and vapour lines, the COAX double swivel 45 angles the nozzle so hoses hang straight in desk-type or box-type holders, and the CSB 21 COAX safety break protects the assembly in a drive-off. - COAX 21/8 NR: outer SL 21 hose DN 21/16 bar (OD approx. 31 mm), inner GRS 8 PU vapour hose DN 8/16 bar (OD approx. 12 mm)
- Meets EN 13483 (EN 1360); suitable for ethanol blends up to E85
- Non-reattachable aluminium safety couplings with M 34 x 1.5 thread; easy-rotating swivel on the nozzle side
- Rollable for retraction devices from Ø 150 mm
- Commonly ordered lengths from 3.00 m to 6.00 m; colour codes for hose, KS 21 anti-kinking sleeve and CS 21 colour sleeve
- LT low-temperature type down to -40 °C; sulphur-free 'SF' version available
- ZAF 2 splitter: swivelling nut with M 34 hose inlet, DN 8 vapour connection to EN 13483, G 1 or G ¾ dispenser thread
- COAX double swivel 45: 45° angle, stainless steel swivel nut, M 34 x 1.5
