Tank ring and nozzle antenna
RFID pairing that only lets fuel flow into an authorised vehicle tank.

Overview
A fuel card or tag identifies who is refuelling, but it cannot prove where the fuel goes. The Maser tank ring and nozzle antenna closes that gap. A ring fitted around the filler neck of each authorised vehicle is paired with an RFID antenna on the dispenser nozzle, and fuel is released only while the two are in contact.
The sequence is straightforward. The vehicle with its ring arrives at the island and the driver or attendant puts the nozzle into the tank. The nozzle antenna reads the ring and passes the data to the MAC terminal, which authorises the dispenser. When the fill is complete and the vehicle leaves, the transaction is stored automatically in CardSmart Fleet 4.0. If the nozzle is taken out of the tank and the pairing is broken, delivery stops, so fuel cannot be diverted into jerrycans or private vehicles.
The pairing also tells the system which vehicle it is and which fuel it is allowed, and it records the litres delivered to each tank for consumption reports. Both parts are designed for depot life: easy to fit, mechanically strong and resistant to hydrocarbons, with the ring adapting to any tank cap size and the antenna to any nozzle size. The nozzle antenna is battery powered, with a consumption control system for long battery life.
Apex supplies, fits and services tank rings and nozzle antennas in Lebanon on fleet vehicles and depot dispensers.
