Husky XS nozzle
Pressure-activated automatic nozzle for retail petrol and diesel.
Overview
XS is Husky's pressure-activated automatic shut-off nozzle for full-service and self-service stations. It shuts off when the pump stops, when the tank is full, when the lever is opened before the pump is turned on, and when the leak detector has not completed its test cycle.
The body is a single die cast aluminium piece with a high-impact polymer handguard. A stainless steel reinforced spout bushing keeps the spout tip round and acts as a captive fastener, protecting the tip-end sensor. Flo-Stop closes the nozzle if it falls from the fill neck or is raised above horizontal, and StreamShaper reduces turbulence for straighter flow and less splash back.
Unleaded and light duty diesel versions are available with NPT or BSP inlets, with a two-notch or single-notch hold-open clip or no clip. Options include cold weather seals, Flo-Equalizer, drip-less spout, sightglass and Gilbarco, Tokheim or Wayne handguards with or without a magnet.
