TTS Tanker Truck Smart
Secure fuel transport from depot to station.
TTS (Tanker Truck Smart) monitors fuel on tanker trucks from the depot to the station. Magnetostrictive probes measure product, water and temperature in each compartment, wireless electronic seals watch the manholes, valves and spout levers, and a GPS data logger records every event with time and position.
Maser states an accuracy of ±2 litres per metric ton and that the seals detect a 2.0 mm movement of the valve locks. Logged data are encrypted and can be downloaded locally or sent to a central server for analysis, giving the fleet operator a full record of what happened to each load. Apex supplies, installs and supports TTS in Lebanon.
