Vacuum-assist vapour recovery nozzle for standard dispensers.
Overview
V34 is a pressure-activated, automatic shut-off vacuum assist nozzle for Stage II vapour recovery. It shuts off when the pump stops, the tank is full, the lever is opened before the pump, or the leak detector has not completed its test cycle.
The vapor valve is mechanically operated by the on-off action of the nozzle lever, and the vapor return line is cast inside the body rather than added as a separate part. Husky says that removes potential vapor leak points and fugitive evaporative emissions from fuel remaining in the vapor path of the hose.
V34 uses a conventional unleaded spout with a spout ring and soft vapor escape guard, and vapor assist happens at the body end of the spout where a vapor ring catches emissions. An optional vapor insert increases vapor back pressure to match the vacuum pump draw.
